Hip-Hop From All Directions: New Music!

01-11-09.jpg
With no new audio since the first, the site had a hiccup for a couple days there, and then within the last 24 hours multiple artists/groups/promotes have hit me with new songs to post.

Now before anything newly submitted, some visitors made some comments about me not posting an audio file for The Pirate Signal's mixtape article, so lets start if off with one of the hottest tracks on the mix:

The Pirate Signal - It's a Man's World

And heres the rest!

Venni The Venomous - Mile High Anthem

Lil Ceej - You Can Hate It, You Can Love It

(no link)

Extra Kool - Creature from the Whack Lagoon

Now some new kid that I can't say I've heard of is out pushing to get some light on what he calls the Mile High Movement. Apparently Troy's already hookin' up with multiple artists around the Denver area and looking to build more bridges ASAP. He is the visitor that submitted the Venni the Venomous and Lil Ceej tracks. Funny the network you'll get from MySpace because I can't honestly say I've heard of either of these two cats or the Mile High Movement but they definitely shouldn't be slept on, especially if you into the commercial type hip-hop.

Hopefully you haven't heard of some of these cats either, and that's the point. Help assimilate Colorado hip-hop in all flavors, shapes and colors to bring CO what it's truly been missing: a community.

Don't see an artist/group here you want to hear? Have them send me some audio to submit(at)costandup.com.

The rest is up for further discussion in the Discussion section on the Discussion board. Join and discuss! Let your voice be heard (haters welcome!)

And until the next drop, CO stay on top!
