3 The Hardway with Defari plus more on 'Set in Stone'
The entire state has been steppin up to the plate since I announced the site's arrival, including 3 The Hardway, consisting of A.V.I.U.S. (the voice), EsNine (the engineer), and DJ Cysko Rockwell (the cuts), who hit me with the exclusive and official release of the new single off the upcoming album entitled Set In Stone. The song, 'Mainstage', features Defari of the Likwit Junkies (in relation to Dilated Peoples). The song has been highly anticipated since the group started performing it a few months ago at local shows.
Now you can only assume that the song is hot off the meatrack and should only set the standard for the rest of the album. Scheduled to release on February 28th, the album's release party at the Marquis Theater already has performances by the trio and ManeLine lined up, as well as other special guests yet to be announced.
The track is available for digital download at MySonicTonic.com for $0.99, so stop hatin' and start supportin' the CO hip-hop scene!

Now the album of course featuring a number a artists from CO out across the nation including: ManeRok (of ManeLine/LIFE Crew), InkLine (ManeLine/LIFE Crew), Aurora Lopez, Doujah Raze (Trillogy Records), Braille (LightHeaded), Rakaa (Iriscience) of Dilated Peoples, and of course Defari.
